Hi everyone, it’s Dena and I’m giving today’s update.

Jim has been a little down this weekend and a little sad. He talked to one of his nurses on Friday
and she told him depression was to be expected with everything he has been through. They can give him medicine for it but he just doesn’t want to add another pill into the mix. He is also very fatigued but not resting very well at night.

We thought getting Jim out of the house would help so he rode with me to the grocery store and sat in the car while I did some shopping. When the rain stopped and the sun came out we walked down the street a little ways.

Tomorrow he goes in for blood work and then Wednesday it will be back to see the doctor at the cancer center. We hope to find out then when his next chemo treatment will be.
