“Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him. Suddenly a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping. The disciples went and woke him, saying, “Lord, save us! We’re going to drown!” He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm. The men were amazed and asked, “What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!”
On February 3, 2016 I was diagnosed with Large B-Cell Lymphoma. The “storm” of battling this disease is underway and has provided many examples of God’s intervention, protection, healing, and love. I invite you to walk along with me in my journey through this storm. The weather may rage at times and the water may get deep but I know that God, who created the universe by speaking it into existence, can and will bring me through this storm and heal me of this disease.
I will praise Him throughout this journey.
I encourage your comments, feedback, stories, and questions.
